We all make mistakes.
Whether it's thinking we know something when we have no idea or making a mistake at work or at home.
Last night, I was playing volleyball.
I don't consider myself an awful player, but I am not bad.
The people I played with last night were amazing.
I was playing with 20 people and I was easily one of the worst players there (I am not ashamed to say this).
I was just playing the best I could and once every while I made a mistake.
There was nothing I could do other then say "My fault," and move on to the next point.
Sometimes we mess up and we just have to admit it.
Jesus talks to a group of people who had a question about who's wife belongs to which husband (The husband passed away and it was customary to give the wife to the next brother, so at the resurrection, who's wife would she be).
Jesus responds in Matthew 22:29…
"You are in error because you do not know the scriptures or the power of God."
He later explains we are all like angels and don't belong to someone else.
There is a lot of people that think the Bible contradicts itself or they claim to know scripture when they honestly only know how to quote three verses.
Sometimes we have to admit we don't know all the answers and we make mistakes.
We can try to learn more about scriptures or we can try to understand the power of God and see it work.
We all make mistakes.
We all can improve on the mistakes we made whether it's with understanding the Bible or something else that is happening in our life.
What can you improve on today?
Have a great day.
