The Lions will win a game this season

In order for the Lions to go to the Super Bowl this year, they have to start winning games.

You never know when a win could happen.

I went to a high school that had a 39 game football losing streak.

I live in a town in which Indiana State University is in the middle of a 30 game losing streak.

I am also a Lions fan, 18 and counting.

One day they will win.

The question is when.

You basically just have to watch and see, I thought we could pull it off last week against Minnesota.

Guess we will see what happens this week.

Some things in life we have no idea what or when it's going to happen.

One of those is when Jesus is returning.

Jesus comments about this in Matthew 24:42-43…

"There keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into."

Just like nobody knows when the Lions are going to win again, the same can be said about when Jesus will come back.

There are theories upon theories on when Jesus will come back or has he and the theories go on and on.

I love the analogy that Jesus uses here with the house if you knew when the thief was coming you would have kept watch.

When Jesus comes we want to be prepared, make sure we are set straight, so often it's easy not to be.

Just like I believe the Lions will win soon (We have to if we are going to the Super Bowl) Jesus is going to come and we have to be prepared.
