Some people never seem to die.
Every so often you come across someone who believes Elvis is still alive.
It's the same way with Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac.
It adds to the case when Tupac made what feels like eight CD's made after he was dead.
People have all sorts of theories of why these people didn't die.
It's comical at some levels.
It's like the saying, "Hero's come and go but legends never die."
Some things are too good to let go.
Jesus said that he would be back.
He died in a brutal way and now some ladies were outside the tomb when an angel came down and said he was not there.
He told them to go quickly and tell his disciples they will see him along the way.
They were so excited they ran to see him.
His first word back to them was in the middle of Matthew 28 verse 9…
"Greetings."
That's it?
I looked back to the original meaning of this word and found that it is also described as Greetings!, rejoice and this is described as some people in middle eastern time that say long live the king.
The people instantly worshipped him.
They rejoiced in the one that they knew was alive.
This wasn't like a horror movie where you knew the killer was still alive and would make 13 sequels after they died in the original.
Jesus was alive.
Elvis, Tupac, B.I.G. and a frozen Walt Disney all died.
Jesus never did.
When it comes time to show who I believe in, I am going to believe in the one that was proven did not die.
What about you?
What do you believe?
Have a great day.
