NA

Every while things are just Not Available or No Answer (NA).

We are lost or confused or we just don't have enough knowledge on the subject.

We usually see this come up with surveys or things we fill out.

Often we don't have enough information to conclude with an answer.

With scriptures I know a lot of people have questions with God's word and believing it's true.

I have heard and said some of the following…

  • How can something written that long ago be true?
  • It's been translated so many times it's lost its value.
  • How can something written by man claimed to be God's holy word.
  • It contradicts itself.
  • There are some other questions but this is all I can come up with now.

We have questions with God's word.

I do believe the Bible to be true and have put time and effort into studying it so I believe it.

If you have any questions with the Bible and wonder its accuracy send me a message and I will answer it to the best of my abilities.

One of these questionable sections of the Bible is in Mark 16:9-20.

In this area there is usually a one line things that says something along the lines of "The earliest manuscripts and some other ancient witnesses do not have Mark 16:9-20."

What this means is when Bible scholars look at translating into our Bibles, they look at the earliest manuscripts they can find.

From there they translate the Bible.

This section of scripture mean there wasn't a section to translate it.

There are several different theories with this section of scripture.

I am still not too sure of it, so I am not doing a devotion on this area of scripture.

Some people claim it was written later, some claim this part was destroyed, some claim Mark had an instant death or something along those lines and couldn't finish it, and the list goes on.

Why mention it in the Bible then?

I don't know, but they do put a warning label on it.

It's a little confusing, but still doesn't put down my idea that God's word is Holy.

If you are still confused or this doesn't make any sense please feel free to comment to me and I will try my best to answer any Bible questions you have.

Have a great day.
